Showband Stamp Launch
On 22nd. September 2010, An Post launched a set of stamps celebrating the golden showband era in Ireland. Four stamps were included, one each of The Drifters, The Freshmen, The Miami and The Royal.
I was at the launch, having been invited to represent a member of The Royal Showband who could not attend.
